Gîtes/Leasing – Apartments

The property has nearly 5 ha (11 acres) of grounds, which are open to our guests.

This includes approx. 2 ha of fields, which are given over for most of the summer months to horses and approx. 2 ha of forest.

We also have our cats and American collie, ‘Achilles’, on the premises. The garden and terrace has garden furniture available – tables, chairs, sunbeds as well as a barbeque, etc..

1.First Floor Apartment (sleeps 4)

The first floor apartment, measuring 65m² in total, includes a kitchen; living room, two bedrooms and bathrooms, has independent access via an external staircase.

The kitchen (approx. 6m²) is fully-equipped including an electric oven, 4 hot plates, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.

The living room (approx. 20m²) is well furnished, including dining table and chairs, sofa, plasma television and DVD player and has a view over the garden and the “Mont Grêle” (summit 1425m²) to south and east.

The main bedroom (approx. 14m²) has a large, double bed and en-suite bathroom with a view over the forest to the north.

The adjoining second bedroom (approx. 10m²) has bunk beds and view over the forest to the north.

2. Rear Ground Floor Studio (sleeps 2/3)

Studio (renovated “Bergerie”) of 40m² (excluding bathroom) which comprises a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people including electric oven, four hotplate hob, refrigerator, microwave, dining table and chairs, double bed, sofa-settee, plasma television and DVD player.
