The property has nearly 5 ha (11 acres) of grounds, which are open to our guests. This includes approx. 2 ha of fields, which are given over for most of the summer months to horses and/or donkeys and approx. 2 ha of forest.
The garden and terrace have garden furniture available – tables, chairs, sunbeds as well as a barbeque, etc.

Description

Lower ground floor :

• Studio apartment – sleeps 2/3.
• Studio of 40m² (excluding bathroom) which comprises a fully-fitted kitchen for 4 people including electric oven, four hotplate hob, refrigerator, dining table and chairs, convertible sofa/double bed, convertible sofa single bed, television and DVD player. Bathroom comprising : a shower, washbasin and WC.

Ground floor :

• Fully equipped modern kitchen (approx. 21m²) – two electric ovens, gas hob with 5 rings, microwave, two refrigerators-freezers,
• Living room (approx. 56m²) – including fire place, three sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player,
• Dining room (approx. 36m²) – oak wood dining tables with seating for 14,
• WC with washbasin.

First floor :

• First floor apartment (65m²) within main house with adjoining door as well as independent external stairway access – sleeps 6 :
  • Bedroom - double bedroom(approx. 20m²) with large, double bed and en-suite bathroom (approx. 7 m²) has a view over the garden and the “Mont Grêle” (1425 m) to south and east.
  • Family suite - two adjoining bedrooms (24m2, excl. bathroom) with a vew towards the forest (north), ideal for a family with small children. One bedroom has a double bed (or two single beds) and the other has bunk beds. Large bathroom with shower, two wash basins, toilet and hair-dryer (4 people).
• Bedroom – double bedroom (18m²) with en-suite bathroom (5m²) has a narrow private balcony with French windows and views over the gardens – sleeps 2/3.
• Bedroom suite – suite of two rooms, (28m², excluding bathroom) with beautiful views over Lake d’Aiguebelette as well as the garden, which is ideal for a small family. One room has a double bed (1.8mx2.0m) and the other has bunk beds (1m wide). The bathroom comprises : a shower, twin washbasins, WC and wall mounted hair dryer – sleeps 4.
